  11.         Data Bank 2.10 is an address book-type editor cum manager.  It has a
  12. built in editor with normal database functions like search, print, list and 
  13. sort.
  14.         
  15.         It is written in Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0 (Professional Edition)
  16. and needs VBRUN300.DLL to run.  Data Bank 2.10 also needs CMDIALOG.VBX,
  17. VER.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL.
